Graham Gilmour Chief Executive
A payments and mobile distribution expert with a proven knowledge of online, offline and mobile payments. He has previously created virtual and POS enabled card schemes within international money transfer and the retail sector, and is also credited with creating the architecture and implementing a number of open and closed user based card schemes utilising the Visa and MasterCard network.
Nick Rattray Executive Director and Corporate Counsel
Qualified at Theodore Goddard having read Economics at Durham University and taken his Law Society CPE and finals at Chester Law School. Following 10 years in private practice specialising in big-ticket international litigation, fraud, money laundering and insolvency, he has wide-ranging business experience at director level having headed up the London operation of Euro Sales Finance, an AIM listed international factoring and invoice discounting company, which went on to join the main market.
Vasos Lottari CFO
Vas Lottari is a graduate of the London School of Economics (Economics & Accounting & Finance). After graduating Vas joined BDO Stoy Hayward where he worked between 1980 and 1999 with a four year absence (1986-1989) to assist with a start-up in the leisure industry. Vas left BDO as a senior manager in the corporate recovery department having dealt with a considerable number of cases in a vast cross-section of industries.
He then joined a small firm of turnaround consultants in 1999 until 2002 where he dealt with acquisitions and disposals of several businesses. In 2002, Vas started his own business consultancy practice during which time he has dealt with companies as large as £100m turnover and has built up a roster of clients and dealt with projects as far a field as San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Colorado, New York, Spain, Switzerland and Cyprus.
Keith Hunter Non-Executive Chairman
Keith was involved in high-profile investigations of national and international organised crime during a career at New Scotland Yard. In 1997 he ventured into the private sector and successfully established an international risk management business which focused predominantly on corporate investigations / intelligence and security consultancy. The business specialises in complex and sensitive inquiries for clients from within the legal profession, high net-worth individuals and large corporates. The business grew substantially and, in 2005, was rebranded when Keith became the CEO of RISC Management Ltd.

Director of Freshlab Media Limited with over 15 years’ experience in the branding and marketing of innovative technological products and websites.
Sam Ndegwa CEO East Africa
Sam has been with the company as CEO since inception overseeing the management of Paystream’s operations in East Africa. Sam is a sales & marketing expert having worked in the technology sector at a senior capacity for over 12 years which involved product development, channel development and service roll-out of ICT products. He has continued to play a key role in the running and growth of the company in East Africa. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and has an MBA from the University of Nairobi
Shadrack Chelimo CFO East Africa
Shadrack joined Paystream in April 2011 as Chief Finance Officer. He has over 12 years experience in audit and taxation management, financial reporting, management information systems, budgets and strategic plans preparation. He is currently pursuing his Masters programme in Strategic Management and he hold a Business Administration degree Finance and Accounting option from United States International America-Africa and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accounting profession –Strathmore University. Shadrack has worked with various organizations both State Corporations and private companies prior to the current appointment. He is a member of the institute of Certified Public Accountant Kenya.
