The Company is planning its admission to the markets and the paperwork is now work in progress. As previously reported, we have already engaged the services of a Corporate Advisor to achieve this along with a well known legal team and auditors

• The telecommunications and banking industries in the developing world continue to show strong growth and there is significant opportunity for innovative service and product providers in these markets.
• In addition to the Company’s core products, a range of value-added-services are currently deployed, piloted or at approvals testing stage.
• The Company has recently issued the first electronic bus ticket application on its terminal for use on Kenyan public transport.
• The Company has secured a contracts in Nairobi, facilitating access to an additional 28 partner banks

The Business Phone, global provider of the only combined mobile phone POS terminal, today announced that Sam Ndegwa has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer of The Business Phones Pan African operation and is managing the new East African office in Kenyan .

Sam will lead thebusinessphone’s channel and joint venture sales effort across Africa, reporting to parent company CEO Graham Gilmour.
