As mentioned in a few previous newsletters, we would encourage all shareholders to register their emails on the website. This will allow us to send future newsletters and news items to you well in advance of them being sent by normal mail. Another benefit in registering is that we will then have your most up to date contact details for our records.

So if you have yet to register, please do so by clicking on the "Register" tab on the top right of the page.

You will then be asked to input the password which has been supplied in the posted newsletters. If you do not have it, please call the Shareholders' Help-line on 01747 85 85 98 and we will be glad to help you.

We hope you do take advantage of this service as we intend to utilise the speed and convenience of email much more so in future.

From east...

The Business Phone’s original East African office located in Nairobi which employs 11 full time staff will be on the move shortly to new offices in Westlands. We will be tripling floor space, storage and staff to match demand. The pictures below show the office being prepared in anticipation of our move.

Monday the 14th June saw the successful completion of two back to back AGMs in order for the 2008 and 2009 accounts to be received (in addition to some housekeeping).

All the resolutions were duly passed, and the relevant documents will be posted on to the website shortly in the investor section.

We have special thanks to those who dug deep after the meetings to donate cash towards the Caretakers Orphange Fund.
